I love Christmas! I love the decorations, the music, the parties, the celebration of Christ's birth, but one thing I wish I could change- all the Christmas nativity sets! This might be something small, but do you realize that the "three wise men" were not at the birth of Christ? That's right, they did not see Jesus for almost a period of two years. Just read the story in Matthew chapter 2 and break it down.
In our house we put the wise men on the other side of the room so it takes them along time to find Jesus, and when they do, he is a small child! I believe that many people are not aware of the details revolving around the birth of Jesus, they just take for granted that what they see in nativity sets under the Christmas tree is accurate. As far as Christ's birth being on December 25, that's for another blog!
