Vacations can be hectic and filled with non stop activities. This year we did some unusual things in California:
*We went to the taping of Deal or No Deal TV show. We sat through 5- one half our episodes that will air in the fall during the daytime. We sat 5 feet from Howie Mandel for all the shows! Be on the lookout for "Twins Week".
*We spent time at Santa Monica, Laguna, and Seal Beaches
*We went to the Ronald Reagan Library
*We had dinner at Medieval Times Dinner Theater
*I sprained my ankle at the beach and had to buy crutches
*We spent from 8:30 am to 1:30 am at Disneyland- yes 17 hours! (I rode around the park on a electric scooter)
*We watched Brannen take surfing lessons
*We went jet skiing in the ocean
*Had a blast just hanging out as a family
*We went to see Hancock
Spending 24 hours a day for 7 days with your family can be stressful, but I loved every minute of it (except for hurting my foot) and I can't wait to go again!
